A plan is the shop you run: stores, seats, the agent team and tokens included every month. Fulfillment is always the printer’s own price, and every AI generation is quoted before it runs.
For your first products, on one store.
For a shop that lists every week and ships every day.
For teams running many stores and their own integrations.
For brands and agencies with volume and their own SLA.
One token is one credit, so a Studio quote needs no conversion. Packages top up any plan; the included monthly tokens on Pro and Business are spent first. A package whose margin falls below 15% is taken off sale rather than sold at a loss.
Six paid images at 900 tokens each; the two data-driven slots are free. About $2.70 at the Starter rate.
One hero image at 2048×2048. Quoted 900, measured 900. A failed job is refunded by the provider and taken off the card.
No single run may spend more than this, whatever the quote. Raise it in settings if you mean to.
A fulfillment balance in USD pays the printer for each order at its own quote plus the shipping service you pinned. A draft is on hold; nothing is paid until a named person approves it. Top up from $10 by PayPal, Payoneer, Airwallex, PingPong, WorldFirst, bank transfer or VietQR — you report the transaction, we confirm what arrived, the ledger is credited once.
PayPal confirms itself and adds 4.4%. The other methods carry no fee from us.
By default a balance only reports. Switch on “stop when empty” and the gate refuses the next charge with a code that says why.
This month and last, totals per balance, every entry named. Staff never see the margin.
Yes, and it is not a trial. Everything that decides is free: the catalog across four printers, the trend feed, the dashboard, the Studio’s proposals and quotes. Only two things spend — a generation you approve and an order you approve.
Pro includes 25,000 tokens a month, about four full listing sets of eight images. Business includes 100,000. They are spent before any package you bought, and they do not roll over.
By default, nothing stops: the balance reports, and an overdrawn one is shown as overdrawn. Switch on “stop when empty” for either balance and the gate refuses the next charge with a code that says why.
No. One proposal is one generation; approval claims the row atomically, a replayed request is answered from the first, and a job still in flight refuses a duplicate.
No. The order carries the printer’s own quote plus the shipping service you pinned, and the statement shows it as its own line.
Any time. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades at the end of the period. Stores above the new limit stay readable but stop publishing until you choose which to keep.
