Terms of Service

Service and operator
Kaching Group, Vietnam, operates GenPrint for print-on-demand artwork, listing preparation, order management and fulfillment coordination. Contact: kachinggroup@gmail.com; +84 935 788 696. Feature availability depends on the connected channel, approved permissions and the capabilities enabled for the seller.
Accounts and authority
Users must be authorized to act for their organization and connected stores, keep credentials confidential, and use individual accounts. Connecting an Amazon store requires authorization by its seller. Public SP-API access is subject to Amazon review; GenPrint does not guarantee developer approval, marketplace acceptance or sales results.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers remain responsible for their listings, intellectual property rights, product safety, tax obligations, customer service and marketplace policies. Users must have the rights to uploaded artwork and customization. Unlawful, infringing or abusive material may not be processed.
Approvals and charges
Generation, publication and fulfillment actions requiring approval must be shown for review before execution. Charges, provider costs and recurring plan terms must be disclosed before purchase. These terms do not initiate a subscription, authorize spending or override an order-specific quote or existing agreement.
Data and authorized use
Amazon information may be used only for the approved service and purposes allowed by Amazon policies. Use the Privacy and Amazon Data Handling policy for collection, access, sharing and deletion requirements. No seller is authorized to access another seller’s information.
Providers and availability
Production and delivery may depend on external providers. Delivery estimates and product specifications must be verified for the selected order. Planned integrations are not guarantees of live functionality. GenPrint may suspend access to contain an incident, prevent unauthorized use or satisfy marketplace requirements.
Termination and support
A seller may disconnect the application in Amazon and request account closure through kachinggroup@gmail.com. Revocation stops new authorized data access and starts the applicable deletion process. Accrued order obligations and any mandatory legal retention are handled separately. Material changes to these terms must be communicated before taking effect; these terms do not remove mandatory statutory rights.
