Privacy and Amazon Data Handling

Last updated: 9 October 2026. Public Amazon seller access remains subject to approval and completion of the required security assessment.

Operator and scope

GenPrint is operated by Kaching Group, Vietnam. Contact: kachinggroup@gmail.com; +84 935 788 696. This policy covers website visitors, GenPrint account holders and Amazon seller information processed to provide print-on-demand services. Public Amazon seller onboarding is subject to Amazon approval and completion of required security controls.

Information and purpose

Account information includes named user identities, contact details, organization and store associations. Authorized Amazon information may include listings, inventory, order identifiers, financial records and fulfillment status. Restricted buyer information is limited to the name, delivery address and customization required to produce and deliver the specific order, and may be processed only after the applicable access is approved. It must not be used for unrelated marketing, profiling or model training.

Authorization and access

Each independent seller must explicitly authorize GenPrint through Amazon OAuth. Personnel access must be approved for their job duties using individual accounts. Employment in the organization does not itself grant access to buyer information. Seller data must be isolated from other seller accounts.

Service providers and transfers

The selected fulfillment provider and delivery partners may receive the minimum information needed to produce and ship the order. Production partners include Printway, Printify, Merchize and Mango. Only the provider selected for an order may receive its necessary fulfillment information. A verified provider register, contractual data-use restrictions and transfer review are required before enabling each provider. Hosting, network and any AI services must also be evaluated for the data they actually receive. Raw buyer addresses and identifying customization must not be sent to AI tools without a separately approved, policy-compliant basis.

Retention and deletion

Buyer personal information must be removed as soon as it is no longer required and no later than the applicable Amazon retention deadline, ordinarily 30 days after order delivery. Any legally required exception must be documented and restricted. Deletion must cover order payloads, print files, previews, exports, logs and recoverable backup copies containing personal information. Non-identifying operational records may be retained for reconciliation. Revocation and termination must trigger the applicable Amazon deletion workflow.

Privacy requests

Sellers and account holders can request access, correction, export or deletion through kachinggroup@gmail.com. Buyer requests should be coordinated with the relevant Amazon seller. Requester identity and authority must be verified before releasing data. Requests and any lawful retention exception must be documented.

Security and incidents

Amazon information must use encrypted transport and storage, controlled credential handling and access logging. Security reports go to the incident contact Tony Trieu at aistartup.vn@gmail.com. Suspected incidents must be contained, investigated and reported to Amazon within the policy deadline. The readiness document records controls that still require verification; this policy is not a claim of completed certification.

Cookies and local storage

The application uses authentication session cookies and browser storage for essential account and interface functions. The marketing site uses local browser preferences. Optional tracking technologies require a separate review and any consent required by applicable law before activation. Contact kachinggroup@gmail.com about cookie and privacy requests.
